Launched in 2019, Social4Good (S4G) educates, engages, and empowers women to make a difference in Northern Virginia. Each month, S4G members learn about a critical community need and take action to address the issue with small donations that collectively make a big difference to our local nonprofit partners.

In September, Help Keep Little Tushies Dry with Fairfax Diapers
About Our September Nonprofit Partner:
Fairfax Diapers was founded in 2019 as a non-profit organization committed to easing the challenge of diaper insecurity, and to raise awareness of this need in our community. To date, under the leadership of Christine Kenney, over 1.8 million diapers have been distributed through local nonprofit partners. The lack of provisions for diapers through SNAP and other government funded benefits creates a significant gap in the basic needs of our youngest neighbors. Social 4 Good member support will help supply over 25,000 diapers to those in need.
September Goal:
Our project goal is to raise $5,000 in monetary and in-kind donations for Fairfax Diapers.
S4G’s Grapevine recurring donations will be used to purchase a variety of diapers for distribution by Fairfax Diapers. We are also accepting additional Grapevine donations to support the monetary gift for the purchase of diapers.
How You Can Participate:
Purchase specific diapers needed, through the Amazon Wishlist and deliveries will go directly to Fairfax Diapers.
Team September is also encouraging members to sign up for one of Fairfax Diapers monthly diaper packaging. See this sign up for details.
Attend the Social and Learn at the home of Margaret Kerfoot on September 22 at 6:30pm.
